And since we can’t take y’all to the fair, we thought we’d bring the fair to you by turning your favorite treats into a multi-course meal with an amazing CITY GRIT twist on funnel cakes, candied apples, fried cheese on a stick and more. -

- Duck Pho: Seared duck breast, rice noodles, thai basil, bean sprouts, peanuts, crispy skin
- Lechon Kawali: Crispy Pork Belly, Green Mango salad, shallot, coriander with various dipping sauces
- Tempura Poached Egg: Seared chili beef, Thai basil, kaffir lime, Jasmine rice

CITY GRIT Presents: Chef Stefano Braganti
Born and raised in the small town of Imperia, in the Italian region of Liguria, Stefano Braganti has been cooking since he was a child. Taking the reigns as the “family chef” at age 12 was just the beginning of his life in the kitchen.
Cooking for family led to cooking for friends, which led to cooking for a living, preparing dinner for private clients in Bologna, Italy, which led him to cooking for YOU at CITY GRIT in New York City! Don’t you feel special!
